The Lois 30-Day At-Home Trial

We want you to have enough time to experience Lois for yourself. You may try the Lois Depuffing Wand at home and request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Normal trial use is allowed. To be eligible for a return, the wand must be returned with its USB-C charging cable and original packaging. We cannot accept returns with missing components or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

 The Lois Depuffing Wand is eligible for this 30-day trial even when purchased at a promotional or sale price. It is also specifically exempt from our general restriction on returns of personal-care and beauty products.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email hello@ohitslois.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns must be authorized before they are mailed. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is on us. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid U.S. return label at no cost to you, whether the wand wasn't right for you, you changed your mind, or it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please use the label we provide. We cannot reimburse postage for returns sent with another label.

Original U.S. shipping is free and will not be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@ohitslois.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Other Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, customized or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, and personal-care or beauty products that are not covered by a product-specific guarantee.

These exclusions do not apply to the Lois Depuffing Wand during its 30-day at-home trial.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method. We cover prepaid U.S. return-label costs for all authorized returns, including non-defective returns. No original U.S. shipping or prepaid U.S. return-label costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit-card company to process the refund after it has been issued.

Used returns will never be resold as new.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned with all included components and proof of purchase.
